When you approach the body as sacred, you tap into the innate divinity within. Every activity is elevated by approaching the body in awe and reverence. If your actions don’t have a higher intention, then your movements will only be a physical gesture.
Consider how you would enter a holy temple.
What kind of reverence would you show?

Consecrating the Lower Centers

Becoming the Good-Ground of the parable begins with the condition of the body environment. Beyond detoxing and holistic health, the objective of cleansing is to prepare and consecrate the body as sacred space.
Everything we experience leaves an imprint — embodied memory encoded in the signals of the nervous system, the structured water of the cells, and the etheric field. Dietary and environmental toxins, physical injuries, overload and unprocessed emotions, all of these things create stress states in the body that disrupt nervous system coherence and block the free flow of energy. Creating the conditions where our energy systems can flow at full capacity means we can develop the ability to expand and cultivate that energy to a higher degree — this begins with physical cleansing and preparation of the body.
Other types of cleansing (energy-work, breath-work) will be covered in future articles.

We incarnate into this realm in order to expand, divide, differentiate, and eventually reintegrate. Our work here is not to escape the feminine realm of embodiment, but rather to develop it. The objective is to transform the body-Mind so that it becomes the holy ground — a consecrated temple capable of fully receiving and expressing the Being of Light that is our Soul-Self.
When the body is approached as sacred, breathing becomes an act of communion. There is the inhale-drawing in, the exhale-return, and the pause or point of consciousness that exists in the transition from one to the other. Each breath is an interaction between the physical body and the etheric-Mind that surrounds the body like the atmosphere of the Earth.

Sound travels through the body, creating vibration and stimulating tissues, muscle, fascia, and nerves. It encourages the movement of energy along pathways that may have tension or restriction, and gives the body-Mind the opportunity to come into greater coherence. In our organic and divided states, our thoughts, emotions, and body are operating in conflict as separate systems rather than a unified whole. Energy is divided and pulled in different directions.
Sounding – and even speaking in a way that creates connectivity – is more than just making noise through your throat.
The throat is a channel. Physically and energetically it connects the head with the rest of the body, and is part of the Central Pathway that runs from the crown to the perineum. Conscious use of the voice can be used to strengthen the connection between the Upper and Lower centers.
- Practical Application
- Exercise: Sounding: Connecting the Throat, Diaphragm, and Pelvic Floor
- Exercise: Moving Down the Channel
- Exercise: Connecting the Etheric Field & Internal Fields of the Upper, Middle, and Lower Centers

When the lower centers are undeveloped, the upper centers become overused and imbalanced. The current flowing through the Central Pathway becomes a trickle, with energy continually accumulating in the upper body and head, where most people primarily operate… or it’s discharged outwardly through imbalanced emotions and the down-and-out flow of typical sexuality.
To live a consecrated life, we bring ourselves back into the body, nourishing the lower centers with awareness, energy, and sacredness. As the lower internal reservoir becomes increasingly filled and charged, a natural rebounding begins to occur. Rather than pushing the energy upward through mechanical pumping, the body takes over as it gradually comes into alignment with the toroidal flow of higher reality — allowing the energy to descend, gather, and return upward in one continuous movement — expanding into the etheric field and contracting back into the narrow internal pathway of the body.
As we open this narrow path THROUGH the body, every Sphere of Mind, every organ, every spiritual center, and every aspect of the body consciousness is brought into alignment to participate together. As the Central Pathway strengthens, the body gradually shifts from operating as separate and competing parts, to functioning as a unified whole.
